YAG Laser & OCT

YAG laser is used for removal of lense opacification. The YAG laser method is painless and also this procedure at our clinic is outpatient. The opacification can appear after the period of three-five years and it is caused by any eye disease or in some cases it appears after the cataract surgery. YAG laser removes these complications easily, promptly and painlessly.

OCT (optical coherence tomography) is the optical signal acquisition and processing method. It is used to obtain detailed images from within the retina (the surgeon will get precise and detailed image of the eye structure. Optovue RTVue-100 Fourier-Domain system enables the prompt, painless and precise measuring. OCT is used for analyses of serious eye diseases. We hold an opinion that OCT examination should undergo everyone who is 40-45 years old.
