This is my last night in the hotel so happy to give you some feedback.
The service I received from you was excellent - you were truly helpful and interested.
Honestly I thought you were excellent and remain disappointed that we were not able to meet. I cannot therefore offer you any suggestions how you could improve the service you offer - take that as a big compliment please.
With regard to the Forme clinic I first have to say the receptionist there (also Jana) was outstanding. She was helpful friendly and sympathetic while realising people waiting for surgeries have anxieties. She is a big credit and asset to the Practice there.
Next (and this is the difficult part) in my judgement the Dr (who is clearly highly skilled and competent) could have been more communicative and friendly and just more welcoming - although the consultation was good.
I have to be careful here because all nationalities have different characteristics and therefore have different expectations.
In conclusion I probably would use him again or more importantly recommend him but I saw many things that could have been done better in terms of making the patient feel special.
Nothing I’ve said here should or can impact on the Dr's competence (which was first rate) but in general English people will need more tender love and care and a better bedside manner.
