Just to let you know I arrived home safely last night, really want to thank you for all your help along the way. Marie, you have been so helpful and friendly through every little part, I couldn’t have wished for anyone better than you have been, you made me feel so relaxed the whole time and I would highly recommend you personally. My experience with medical travel Czech Republic, has been excellent. I contacted a representative called Janina and she found me a surgeon who would meet my needs Dr Vasek.

I am a man in my 60s. All the way through my journey Janina assisted me- pick up at airport in Prague to my hotel as I arrived 2 days early to sight see. Met me at the clinic on morning of surgery and was available by email throughout my stay. Alleviating my anxiety and offering solutions. I am really happy with my outcome Dr Vasek is the man.

I am one very happy person here back in Ireland! I am delighted with the results from the ‘tummy tuck’ surgery so far. Everything that you had arranged for me was clearly stated in your emails and with Hana by my side, I felt that I was truly cared for. I honestly cannot find any fault with your service at all.

I was very happy with your service and I would recommend it to others, especially people who don’t live in the Czech Republic.  It was especially nice having a single point of contact who could work with the clinic on my behalf – it really simplified things for me.  And even though I had an issue late Friday afternoon that prevented me from having surgery on Monday morning, you still got my email and did everything you could over the weekend to figure out how to proceed.  I really appreciated that!  I do not have any negative comments or even suggestions for how to improve.  I thought you did a great job and it was a pleasure working with you!

As far as feedback for the clinic…

The surgery went well and everyone was super to work with. The nurses were friendly, efficient, competent, and went out of their way to help me feel comfortable.  The facility is clean and modern.  Although it’s still too early to tell for sure, I feel that Dr. Mertan did a great job.  I don’t have any complaints about the actual surgery at all.  Even though I still have the drainage tubes, overall it was a great experience and I would recommend the clinic to others.

A massive thank you to the clinic for the surgery I received. I enjoyed my stay in the beautiful city of Prague and the clinic was amazing. I would have no hesitation in returning to you in the future and definitely will be doing.  Dr.Vasek is a true gentleman and a very experienced surgeon. I was a little nervous having surgery in another country but after my consultation with Dr. Vasek I knew I had made the right decision and trusted him completely. The results of the surgery are exactly what I was hoping to achieve and is healing nicely so a big thank you Dr.Vasek. Also thank you Hana and Martina for being there for me and guiding me through everything. It was great having your support.
