the heart beat of the fetus was confirmed and the CRL length was 10.4mm !

I had lower eye surgery just over 2 weeks ago and I cannot thank Petra enough. She supported me throughout the entire process and accompanied me to my consultation ensuring that I was happy with everything. She ensured that transport was arranged from the airport, the clinic after surgery and back to the airport.
Petra is truly a wonderful, kind and genuine person and I recommend her services 100%. I will be going back to Prague next year and will be calling on Petra again.

I found the whole process very enjoyable. At no time did I feel left out of information from the Premier Clinic. Everyone there spoke english and ensured I was comfortable throughout my treatment. I especially liked the fact that the surgeon was constantly informing me on what he was doing which put me completely at ease.
In regards to Medical Travel Czech. I found using this company very helpful, giving me all the different quotes and a synopsis of the procedures and the clinics. They work within your budget and helped me make informative choices regarding my upper eye surgery. The thing that impressed me was meeting Petra in Prague who was my Medical Travel Czech agent. Petra instantly put me at ease, like an old friend.
I cannot find anything that I feel was lacking or needs changed in my successful dealings with Medical Travel Czech and Premiér Clinic.

I had a wonderful experience with Forme Clinic. Dr Bayer was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up.

The service from yourself has been incredible! Great communication, support and guidance. It was lovely to meet you at the pre-op and it put me at ease.
I have found the whole process smooth and easy enough to understand and follow.
Forme Clinic has been great too. Although some of the post-op information/forms would be handy to see and have before the Op to be the best prepared and for recovery to go smoothly.
The apartments were clean, fresh and modern.
I appreciate that I came from a different country and spoke English.. I was wary that the communication would be a struggle but was very grateful that the consultant, nurses, yourself and one of the receptionists could understand and could help me understand.
The price was great for the service and I am really pleased I chose to come through yourself at Medical Travel and for Forme Clinic to accept my surgery

April, 2022I feel as a coordinator you supported me throughout the whole process. The amount of emails I sent back and forth when I was changing my mind when I wanted surgery last year and all the correspondence we had since I booked surgery.
You was always very accommodating even though I was probably driving you crazy! I had asked so many questions to be fully prepared for coming out to Prague & you answered them all. You helped with transfers, hotel everything and everything went really well.
The pre-op was quick & easy, you made sure you had met me & my friend, talked through everything.
I am extremely pleased that I had chosen Medical Travel to have my surgery with and it was all organised via yourself.
I know my healing process will take time but I am really happy with my choice and the care I have received from start to finish.

In regard to feedback on yourselves, you’ve been impeccable, helpful and Conscientious. I felt looked after for the moment I was picked up at the airport to the time I left the clinic. It was very nice of you to come and take me to the clinic, and ensure all the paperwork was complete and that I was ok before I had my tests and then procedure.
EGK clinic were great, it was abit of a whirlwind as I arrived one day and departed the next.
I was very pleased with everything. Weight loss is going ahead albeit my stomach has not competently settled down as yet, so although rapid weight loss has occurred, I do find I’m living on air and water. I’m sure it’ll settle down soon.

April 2022Thank you so much for your support through the process you really helped me. I thought the service I received from Medical Travel Czech was really good and I can’t think of anything I would improve on from a service point of view.
Overall the service was fantastic. If I was to suggest something it would be to remind people that if they are bringing a partner that it may be a good idea for them to bring their own refreshments as the wait for the procedure can take some time, Mark had thankfully had breakfast but he didn’t leave till after 5pm so it was a long day without a snack. Obviously this didn’t affect me as I was nil by mouth ha ha.

You do provide the best customer service ever! Thank you for your sympathy, the result is not reflecting in any ways negative on the professionalism and the amazing care tour team provided at the clinic! On the contrary! I will carry on with treating the psychological cause of my food addiction/eating disorder with a psychologist and as a preventative measure to preserve my health will have a bypass or sleeve surgery.
I know that people are feeling pretty rough the first few days after the insertion, that is why I am staying an extra day before flying back. I have to trust your instincts and advice on this one. I will be back to you guys in the future for sure (i am considering a breast lift/augmentation after the weight loss too) so I am not worried about missing the opportunity.

I cannot fault the professionalism and care shown to me from day 1 when I first made my enquire with them. Nada has been in contact regularly throughout and no question was too much bother. Often she would simply call to explain or talk through with me, which I really appreciated.
On arrival to the clinic again I was met with the same high levels of care and professionalism, everything was detailed to me and I was fully aware of all the steps of the procedure. The clinic itself is very clean and nice and all the travel arrangements to and from were as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend.

March 2022Gynem is a very nice and modern clinic, where we felt comfortable from the very first moment. All the personnel is very friendly, we had luck to have Nada as our coordinator. She was always very attentive and patient, answered all out questions and provided all necessary details. Communication per e-mail as well as in the clinic was in a very professional way. Of course, a special ‘Thank you’ for the doctors, who took time to understand possible reasons and select the best ways for the treatment.
Nothing to complain, all went smooth as planned. And the best and happiest part of this — to see 2 lines on the the pregnancy test! I still can not believe, that my dream might come true after so many years of trying. Thank you very much for all your help and support.

March 2022From booking I felt you were amazing, you filled me with confidence around the site being legit (one of my main fears due to scams).
You provided me with a contact number from a previous client which really helped reassure me. I was anxious and you answered all the questions I had, you were so patient, kind and caring consistently with me through out the journey which gave me great faith in you and the operation. The pre op assessment was great again, the staff were very kind as well as the surgeon.
On the day of the procedure I felt very relaxes and the surgeon and other assistants were very calm and reassuring. (NOT THAT I FELT UNEASY.) I am amazed and over the moon with the results already. I would like to thank you all from Clinic from the very bottom of my heart as I finally feel much more confident about the appearance of my nose. ALSO the results are already very visible.
Also I would emphasise that the creams you need post surgery are a good idea to get from the clinic, as you can not buy them in the UK pharmacies. You have to buy them online.

March 2022Ok, so this feedback is not about the surgery itself nor the facility, but about the communication and organization done by medical travel to get my procedure done.
I feel the service provided was very professional. I was very happy and comfortable with my coordinator who took a personal interest in me and my needs by keeping open communication and making sure that all of my concerns and questions were fully addressed. After the procedure, I was contacted by my coordination to make sure I was ok and kept monitoring my progress. This is great personalized attention. I truly appreciate that I was treated as a human, and not just a number in their files.
One suggestion I could add- which is not something you're at fault but could be helpful to future patients, is to advice them to make sure they have a post-operative care team back home. I had a hard time finding someone willing to provide post-op care.
